The staff were courteous, kind, respectful, and helpful. The room was spacious, immaculate and great for the money. The hotel stay included breakfast, which was from 6 to 10 with a great variety of food from fruits to eggs to sausage, breads, coffee, tea, hot, chocolate, etc. I would highly recommend anyone that’s on a budget to stay here the hotel is essentially located in the republic part of São Paulo

A localização e ótima assim como o atendimento. O quarto em qual me hospedei não estava 100% limpo. Não tenho o custume de andar descalço porém infelizmente esqueci meu chinelo. A olho nu não dá pra ver as sujeiras pois o piso era escuro mas estava sim sujo. A televisão péssima nenhum canal funcionava e também não é smart não tem como acessar streaming. Tirando isso tudo foi ótimo. Já disse que o atendimento foi maravilhoso?!!!

Razões. Não espere luxo e conforto. Hotel simples para quem abre mão de certos conforto: No apartamento não há : interfone ar condicionado e frigobar. Localização boa, mas a atenção por estar no centro de São Paulo, portanto cuidados e prudência é recomendado. No entorno tem restaurantes, padarias farmácia, Mac Donald estação do metro e um pequeno comércio. Dá para ir caminhando ate a 25 de Marco, shopping ligth, prefeitura, galeria do rock, teatro municipal dentre outros pontos. Eu recomendo o hotel aos menos exigentes

Tive uma estadia muito boa no hotel não tem nada muito luxuoso, mas tudo muito organizado e limpo. O quarto não tem ar, mas nada prejudicou, pois tem ventilador e o tempo em São Paulo ajuda. Quero destacar o pessoal da Copa, e as funcionárias Jaqueline e Larissa, que atenderam minha demandas com todo carinho e cuidado. Voltarei mais vezes, quando vier à São Paulo.

O melhor da estadia é que tem tudo perto,metrô é so atravessar a praça,tem muitas opções de mercados,farmácias e restaurantes ao redor.É na area central de sp,entao a cidade nao dorme e nem os bares ao redor param,pra mim nao incomodou o barulho,mas pra pessoas exigentes e sensiveis nao seria uma boa opção.Tem muitos moradores de rua perto porem tem policiamento e esta sempre bem movimentado.O quarto que ficamos a cama estava muito boa,só que as condições de janelas e fechos eram precarios,chuveiro bom,cafe da manha simples mas eficiente e os funcionarios todos que interagimos foram excelentes com a gente,principalmente as da limpeza e recepção.Em resumo,bom custo beneficio pela localidade.

Atendimento bom, localização excelente, mas um problema que não vi ninguém relatando nos comentários: barulho! O quarto que fiquei, pelo menos esse, é pessimo por estar de frente para rua e todo barulho parece que é dentro do quarto, sem falar nos corredores os hóspedes sem educação chegando tarde da noite e fazendo algazarra (sem culpa do hotel) mas todo barulho ecoava no quarto. Café da manhã razoável, não vá criando expectativas por uma diária econômica ter um mega café!
