Highly recommend and will stay again

I had a great experience at this hotel. It is well located, and both the room and bathroom were spacious. The only issue I encountered was that the shower took a while to warm up. I mentioned this to the staff, and they assured me they would address the problem. The breakfast was good as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Gostei bastante da estadia. Fiquei instalado no quarto 407, permanecendo entre os dias 06/06/2026 a 10/06/2026. Localização é perfeita, com a possibilidade de fazer muitas atividades a pé, já que está próximo a bons restaurantes, supermercados, faculdade Mackenzie, shopping Pátio Higienópolis e até mesmo de hospital, suprindo inúmeras possibilidades. Região relativamente segura, apesar de sempre ter que haver cuidado. Café da manhã "à la carte" foi algo diferente, mas não negativo, com produtos de qualidade. Funcionários e equipe de segurança bastante atentos a todo instante. Pontos negativos foram o colchão, que aconselho que seja substituído pois havia molas incomodando, e a temperatura do chuveiro que variava muito independente do horário que fosse usar, e isso são coisas que devem ser observadas para melhor experiência do hóspede. O ambiente no todo é bem limpo, demonstrando cuidado com higiene. No geral atendeu minhas expectativas de forma satisfatória. Provavelmente retornarei a me hospedar no Hotel Higi.
