Excellent stay to explore Sao Paulo

Great location especially for nightlife, close to everything, very secure, and good facilities in the condo available. Was able to arrange for visitors to come with prior arrangement. Small issue with damaged sliding doors. Also the laundry system was confusing.

Fair price for studio with nice pool and gym. Nevertheless, obssesed with security to a fault. Had to make line once for regular access to building. Guests had to be registered on line in advance and wait for approval. They said there is no check in after 6pm. Helped me with it after long day of suffering without knowing if check in was going to be possible. IM SUM: all these restrictions ought to be advertised in CAPS next to price.

Poderia ter local para guardar bagagem

Apartamento limpo, bem localizado, muito seguro. Local diferente das fotografias no site, que apresentavam um quarto mais decorado e mobiliado. As maiores desvantagens são a proibição de receber visitas até mesmo no lobby e inexistência de um local para manter a bagagem (mesmo que pagando) antes do checkin ou após o checkout, o que dificulta para quem possui voo eh horário incompatível. A internet oscilava muito e dificultou o desenvolvimento do meu trabalho.

A comunicação é um pouco complicada, não tem como fazer check-in no dia, tem que fazer antes, enviar foto de documentos, etc. O local é como nas fotos, o sofa estava com manchas de sujeira e os travesseiros sobressalentes, com mau cheiro. Ademais, foi uma boa estadia. Poderiam melhorar a qualidade da roupa de cama e cobertas.

Loft Baixa Augusta

Loft muito bom, bem equipado, espaçoso para duas pessoas, senti falta de mais travesseiros mas isso também não é um pó tô negativo, o local é perto de tudo, 5min de caminhada até a paulista, vale a pena a estádia.
