I booked a reservation for July 10th in error and realized the error 5 minutes later and was advised that the wont be in until Monday so I should cancel my reservation and rebook a new one. This all happenes within minutes. Two weeks later I have not gotten a refund and the manager is never in. I don't recommend this hotel as that was dishonest.
