Clean room, friendly staff. Not the easiest check-in, no options for valet parking. Rooms are clean but seem older and not as modern as other hotel options in the area. Having to take 2 elevators (one from street level to lobby and another from lobby to rooms) not very convenient.

At almost 5:30 pm on 11/13 2 men came to my door nocking telling me they had to verify la wifi antenna, i was alone so obviously dis not open so i report this on reception, there was no problem with the antenna because i was using it and also they said they sent me an email wish i have none. I felt vulnerable and in danger so im not giving a good rate. No one should ever ask to fix anything when a guest is in the room only if the guest ask so i will suggest to get better security matters. This was scary.. the receptionist told me i did the right thing to not open the door.

The room was super clean, the staff courteous, and very helpful. I had 2 small issues: the refrigerator in the room is not large enough to hold the restaurant’s dinner plates ( whatever is left over goes to waste ). Their food is great. Not enough sweetener and coffee cream were available in the room, and I did ask the maid if she could get me some, she simply replied that she didn’t have any. I should have alerted the front desk but chose not to do so.Large rooms. Nice big screen TV, great internet service. Nice parking. I would definitely go back and recommend this hotel. Excellent!

We had a really bad experience during check-in. Staff did not want to recognize that we have an Expedia reservation; they said that it did not appear in their system, that they had no rooms available. We showed our reservation, the paid invoice, the confirmation number etc. We were held up for 45 minutes at 11:30pm. Expedia helped us call the hotel in two occasions, finally they agreed and let us have our rooms. Such an unpleasant welcome
