Ideally located, Roscoff Brittany .Maison road in a quiet area within 70m of a white sandy beach, facing the island of Batz. This newly renovated house offers a charming stopover in Leonard country. For more comfort the wifi is free to you. For athletes, it is noted that the GR 34 passes close to the rental and is easily accessible. Special FinistĂšre pet-friendly escape

Owners were very welcoming to their beautifully presented house just 100m from one of Santec's charming beaches. Fenced garden, great for our little dog. Any questions we had were quickly attended to. Comfortable, tastefully decorted house with every possible comfort and kitchen appliance and utensil. WiFi was sadly intermittent but all else was good.

1st impressions of Brittany

The house is in easy reach of the port and for us as 1st time drivers in France this suited us. You are just over a quiet road from the beach. The beach is great and has plenty of rock pools for children to explore. The house is set in the grounds of a farm house and does have an outside area but it's not that big. The house was clean and has all you need apart from bedding and towels. These are charged as extras which we did not realise until a couple of weeks before we travelled. We also had to make all our beds on arrival which again we were not expecting to have to do. The bedding provided was not what I would class as hotel grade which was disappointing and not what was expected for the money €10 each.

Schöne Tage

Nach einer freundlichen BegrĂŒĂŸung mit bretonischen Apfelsaft haben wir die 14 Tage in diesem komplett ausgestattetem und charmanten Haus genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt fĂŒr Strandbesuche und AusflĂŒge in die schöne Umgebung. Wir wĂ€ren gerne noch lĂ€nger geblieben.

Tolles Ferienhaus in super Lage

Wir haben unseren ersten Urlaub in der Bretagne in diesem tollen Haus sehr genossen. Auch fĂŒr unseren Hund war der umzĂ€unte Garten toll. Von den Vermietern wurden wir super empfangen und haben viele tolle Tipps bekommen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die NĂ€he zum Strand, der in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Dans la jolie maison de Santec, nous avons trouvé exactement ce qui était décrit en ligne. Une maison de caractÚre trÚs bien aménagée et confortable. Grùce entre autres aux bons conseils des hÎtes, nous avons pu découvrir le beau FinistÚre. La situation proche de la mer est formidable et nous avons également apprécié le jardin. Die Ruhe der Nachsaison

Ruhe und Entspannung... Ein schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage einen Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt. Der Ort lebt noch - es gibt nicht nur Touristen! BÀcker mit Croissants und Baguettes, die den Namen auch verdienen, kleiner Supermarkt ... wirklich klasse!

Joli maison bleue tout prùs d’une trùs belle plage

La maison de Christine est confortable, spacieuse et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Salle de bain avec une grande douche. Le poĂȘle Godin est un plus en hiver. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© les grandes balades en bord de mer, la proximitĂ© de Roscoff et Saint Pol de LĂ©on.

Schönes Steinhaus mit tollem Garten

Wir hatten fabelhafte 14 Tage in Santec. Das Haus und vor allem der Garten ließen keine WĂŒnsche offen. Wir als Familie mit 3 Kindern und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Danke an Christine und ihren Mann, die uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben haben.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt um einen Teil der Bretagne kennenzulernen

Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche in diesem gemĂŒtlichen und schön eingerichteten Ferienhaus rundherum genossen. Ein grosser Pluspunkt dieses Hauses ist die NĂ€he zum Strand. Das Haus selber ist perfekt eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und man kann viele tolle AusflĂŒge machen. GegenĂŒber anderen Orten in der Bretagne ist es hier auch noch etwas ruhiger. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Tage in der Nordbretagne

Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in Santec sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns gute Tipps fĂŒr Unternehmungen gegeben. Das Haus ist sehr gut und liebevoll ausgestattet. Unsere WĂŒnsche hinsichtlich der Ausstattung wurden sofort erfĂŒllt. Maison en pierre avec beaucoup de charme proche d’une belle plage

Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs agrĂ©able semaine. La maison est bien agencĂ©e et trĂšs bien entretenue. Le bord de mer est trĂšs beau et l’on peut faire de belles balades sur le sable blanc ou sur le GR 34 en fonction de la marĂ©e. Le jardin est trĂšs agrĂ©able, on a pu manger Ă  l’extĂ©rieur. Les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs sympathiques, vous pouvez rĂ©server sans aucune hĂ©sitation

Prestation décevante

La maison est bien situĂ©e, juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la plage. Les conseils de visites et de restaurants par les propriĂ©taires Ă  l'arrivĂ©e sont apprĂ©ciables. Cependant, nous mettons la note de 2/5 Ă  cause de la literie tachĂ©e d'humiditĂ© - tous les matelas et sommiers (problĂšme dĂ©jĂ  connu des propriĂ©taires), la vaisselle Ă  complĂ©ter (bols) voire Ă  remplacer (poĂȘles) et le mĂ©nage qui aurait mĂ©ritĂ© d'ĂȘtre approfondi Ă  notre arrivĂ©e (sol non lavĂ©, coussins de fauteuils tachĂ©s, toiles d'araignĂ©es dans les chambres). Nous avons demandĂ© Ă  rĂ©gler la consommation d'Ă©lectricitĂ© sur facture, ce qui n'a pas plu Ă  la propriĂ©taire qui nous a accusĂ© d'ĂȘtre des "mauvais payeurs" Ă  notre dĂ©part.

Just a break at a wonderful place.
