Reservations, check-in, and staff assistance was excellent. Perfect beach access. Bed was just ok… mattress probably needs updating. Two recliners definitely need to be replaced… it was as though the bottoms were made of sheet metal… popped down when you sit, popped up when you got up. Master bath sink in need of drain repair. Few other maintenance/furnishings needed. We left a list with front office. Overall, it has potential to be a 10 if a few issues are addressed.
