Awesome stay!

Great location, max 10 min walk to beach, 5 min walk to chiringo and red bar, 2 min walk to AJs. Cute and spacious place! Great for a big group.

Great stay!!

Gigi's Beach House was perfect for our group during spring break. Amazing location and beautiful, well-stocked house. I'm glad we had the pool heated as it was still a little cool in early April. We would definitely stay again.

Gigi’s

Grayton beach never disappoints and neither did Gigi’s. The house is beautiful, clean and perfect for a crowd. The location is excellent as well. The house had everything we needed and more and the owners were very attentive. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The Best House & Host in Grayton

The host was amazing, the house exceeded all expectations. The location was great for biking to Seaside, walking to Grayton Beach or the Grayton General Store down the street. The pool >>>>. Overall, great stay!

Wonderful Stay in Grayton!

We spent a long weekend here celebrating a friends upcoming wedding! Perfect for our needs. Location is amazing! The house is well stoked with beach toys, towels, chairs and toys. Would be great with kids! Beds comfortable and washer and dryer great!

Wonderful home! Excellent experience!

This house is extremely clean and comfortable. We had two families, and this house was perfect for our group. The kids loved the upstairs area where they could play video games and watch tv together. The living area is a great size for a larger group, and the kitchen had everything we needed! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Vacation!

This is a great house in Grayton Beach. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. They are easy to contact and will contact you to make sure everything is going well. One of the best experiences I have had in the 25 years I have been bringing my family to the 30A area.

Perfect for our family

Gigi’s Beach House was perfect for our multigenerational family. The owner quickly responded to our questions and needs. The house was immaculate, and the pool provided our family with many hours of fun. We enjoyed having the bikes and pool/beach toys. A great vacation house in every way.

Girls Weekend Getaway

This house was perfect for our girls weekend. It's very centrally located in Grayton Beach. It's a short walk to restaurants and the beach! The pool was nice when it was too cold to go to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable! Couldn't recommend this house more!

Wonderful week in at Gigi’s beach house!

Our stay at Gigi’s beach house exceeded our expectations! Such a great setup for families. The home is beautiful, clean and well stocked with anything you might need for cooking, cleaning or beaching. The location was also great being walking distance to the beach and some restaurants and bars. The host was super helpful and accommodating as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay in grayton beach!

Fantastic!

This place was such a gem. And the owners really went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and the process was seamless. They were very accommodating and organized, even when we asked for an early check-in the week before. I have no bad things to say about this property or the owners. Job well done!

Bachelorette Weekend

The backyard was a great place to hang out. They loved the heated pool. The space was perfect for the bride and her 10 friends. The house had everything they needed. They love how walkable everything was. The weather cooperated too which made it even nicer.

perfect and convenient

This home housed the bride and her family. It was easy to spread out and very accommodating. It has all the amenities you would want or need plus some. We were at a short walking distance to 30A where the Gardens of Monet Monet (wedding venue) was located.

Birthday weekend!

A group of 9 of us stayed at the house for a 30th birthday weekend trip. The house was immaculate and a beautiful home. The owner was amazing and was on top of the whole process. Our favorite aspect of the trip was the location of the home close to nightlife, shopping and restaurants. Overall a great experience!

Great House and Location!

We were sad to leave! The home is immaculate and fully stocked. The backyard pool was a huge plus for the kids and adults! An easy walk to the beach, walkable to restaurants, coffee, and shopping. The overall feel of Grayton Beach was just our speed for vacation - laid back! Billie Jo was super responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!
