Jerry, the owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. The place felt very safe! We loved the pool, private beach access and the shuttle ride to and from Redfish Village/beach. Carpet in bedrooms is newly updated as well as the shower tiles. Great value and wonderful place to visit!

We have stayed at Red Fish Village many times and this unit is very nice. Worked out great for 4 adults and 2 small children. They had all the essentials, stuff for the beach, toys, etc. We will hopefully stay here again next fall.

We had a great time during our stay at the Tipsy Turtle! The condo is spacious, clean, comfy, and decorated with beautiful local art. The amenities are great and our condo had everything we needed. This was such a great location for our family to enjoy 30a! Th condo itself is big, with all the amenities you need! We would walk the block to the beach everyday, and enjoy the set up we arranged through Redfish/Sanders. We hit up the Blue Mountain Creamery everyday, and are at Redfish Taco twice… sooo good! We cooked. Few nights we were there as well, and loved that the condo had everything we needed for grilling. We will definitely book this location again… it was perfect!!!

Perfect condo, perfect location!

The Tipsy Turtle Condo was beautiful and Jerry was super easy throughout the whole process. The location was so convenient to everything and we loved Redfish Taco and Blue Mountain Creamery and loved that we could walk to both places. There was a shuttle to get to the beach, but we enjoyed the walk instead every day. I would highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Loved the layout of this condo, especially having 3 spacious bedrooms with each having it's own bath. It's a very short walk to the beach and the private beach is very close as well. The pool is also very close and the grills are very nice.
