Welcome to 43 Sandhill Circle, a spacious six-bedroom retreat in WaterColor's Lake District. Set directly across from the Frog Pool and green space, this home offers one of the most family-friendly locations in the community. With wraparound porches, private balconies, and a detached carriage house, this property delivers comfort, privacy, and the timeless charm WaterColor is known for.

Inside, the first floor features an open living area, a fully equipped chef's kitchen, a king guest suite with a private bath, and an additional guest room with a twin-over-queen bunk. The second floor includes the primary suite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, a large bunk room that sleeps four, another king suite with its own private bathroom, and a dedicated home office.

The detached carriage house offers a full kitchen, living area, and a king suite with a private walk-in shower—ideal for grandparents, a nanny, or anyone who appreciates extra space.

Enjoy outdoor living on wide wraparound porches, dine outdoors after grilling on the natural gas grill, or relax on one of the private balconies. A six-passenger electric cart and six adult bikes are included, making it easy to access Camp WaterColor, the Beach Club, and the shops and restaurants of Seaside. Beach Club and WaterColor pool access for up to 12 guests is also provided.
