Great home and location

We had a wonderful time in Santa Rosa staying off 30A. The house was in great shape, had plenty of space and was in a nice location close to the beach and many restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it.

Great Place

Great place to stay! The house is very spacious with very comfortable living areas. The convenience to the beach and local restaurants is the best! The golf cart completes family fun from going to the beach to quick trip for donuts or ice cream!

Perfect Place for a family vacation

We loved Villa Iremia! The house is gorgeous and clean! It is in a perfect location close to the beach, restaurants, downtown shops and close to everything in the area! This will definitely be a place we come again!

Great Stay

Wonderful property in a quiet community short walk to the ocean! They were very flexible and very responsive throughout our time at the property. We had a great time in a great space. Would highly recommend.

Great property

Beautiful house and is as shown in pictures. 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach if that, home is in a decent location. We had some Wi-Fi issues, but other than that we throughly enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful vacation getaway

Beautiful house and decor. Super nice neighborhood. Comfy beds. Great amenities. Lots of nearby restaurants. Golf cart was awesome to cruise around in. Had issues with WiFi and TVs not working properly, but overall would recommend staying here.

Beach Lovers Dream

The house was beautiful and the proximity to the beach and pool were ideal. We would give 5 stars based on the house and beach, but the WiFi was not good. For Zoom meetings we had to go to the Local Panera to obtain adequate connection.

Family Summer Escape

We were impressed with the spaciousness of the home and location. We liked that it was nestled in a private and safe community but yet close enough to drive the golf cart to the beach. Be prepared to bring additional blankets with you. Our kids were cold at night so thank goodness we had extra blankets to put on the bed. Otherwise the house was perfect for us and we would return!

Amazing location. Easy access to amenities. The home was beautiful and perfect for a cozy retreat or to be surrounded by friends. Shopping and national parks are super close and its easy to find things to do that are kid friendly. Easy, easy access to public beach. When we were searching the location it looked like it was all private beaches, it is not. All you have to do is cross over 30A to the public access. Great spot. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We had the best week celebrating our 40th anniversary with our children and grandchildren! The house was perfect for the 7 adults and 3 children. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. It was great having 3 full bathrooms plus the half bath downstairs. The use of the golf cart made it so easy to go to the beach, as well as the use of the outside shower once we returned. We were so close to the community pool and the kids loved using it! We will definitely look at the home and area again in the future! I highly recommend iTrips and this home for anyone looking for a nice beach vacation!

Amazing care and overall stay!

We really enjoyed the location and being so close to the beach. Everyone was impressed with the location and we most definitely loved having the golf cart that we could take with us! We did have a couple issues such as not enough sheets and blankets but that got taken care of as soon as I sent a message asking. Kathy was an amazing help and helped us as we had questions or if a problem arose. Her communication was excellent and I had an answer within minutes! We really enjoyed our stay!! Thank you Kathy and Team!

Wonderful Stay!

This trip was hands down a 5 star experience! Check In: We received a text when the property was ready with the front door code. Quick and easy! Home/Amenities: We had access to the 6 seater golf cart (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) which was so much fun and really helped navigate trips to/from the ocean and local dining. Each bathroom came stocked with clean towels, small bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. The home is incredibly clean and furnished with care. Each TV is a Smart TV, so you can login to your streaming channels. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, utensils, baking ware, and flatware. Be sure to pack anything you might need for meals including salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. Luckily, there is a Publix and Walmart not too far away, if you forget something! There is a large primary bedroom on the 1st floor and a secondary one of the second floor with a private bathroom. Area: The area could not be any more beautiful. This property is in the middle of a new construction subdivision, but you can tell that all of the construction/labor companies respect renters/owners and do their best to be neat and quiet. Shunk Gully's Oyster Bar is right outside of the subdivision and had some of the best food we had all week. Be sure to check out the Bait Shop next door which is not only a bait shop, but a small dive bar with local beers on tap, bar appetizers, frozen cocktails, and live music. My only regret is that we didn't' find this place sooner! Beach: The public access beach is right across 30A from the subdivision, so very easy to get to. Pro tip, get there early because there are only about 15 parking spots in the lot. There is plenty of street parking, but easier to be in the lot. The beach itself is fantastic! Pristine sand and water. From first glance, it might look overcrowded, but once you're down on the beach and close to the water, it really doesn't impact your day at all! This beach also allows you the ability to set up, leave, and come back, if you're worried about getting a spot later in the afternoon. Property Management Company: Kathy, from the property management company, was amazing to work with! She replied to any texts within minutes and was able to help us with all of our needs. We will 100% be staying here again in the future!

Wonderful stay

Our stay at Villa Iremia was one of the best! The house was spacious and lots of room for all of us and lots of closet space. It had everything we needed and everything was clean and well taken care of. The beach was a short golf cart ride away and we walked there several times too. I would highly recommend staying here and we will be back!

Awesome home!!

It was clean and spacious with lots of room for everyone to spread out. Would book again!! Loved that the community pool was just one street over. A quick walk to the beach as well!

We had a great time! Beautiful house with plenty of space. Amenities are amazing. Having the golf cart to use around town is so convenient. Close to the beach, restaurants, hiking, and shopping. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful Home, Great Location

Wow!!! This house is amazing! We are so thankful for this whole vacay experience. From the beds, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room... EVERYTHING was perfect! Very clean, loved the decor, plenty of room... the Golf cart was truly awesome and we highly recommend adding that to your stay here... Quick ride to the beach. The pool is so close to the house - the kids loved to end the day the pool. What a wonderful home - we will be recommending this house to friends and family!!!! Thank you

30-A Family Vacation

We loved our stay at the beach house. It was amazing! Close to the beach especially with the golf cart which made things a lot easier when hauling our stuff back & forth to the beach. The house was in a new subdivision with a community pool. It was very clean and the decor was very cute. Definitely recommend staying here!!! Thanks again!!!
