We had a wonderful time staying in this space. The condo was clean and well maintained. The walk to the beach was short and easy, especially with 2 children. We made use of the cart they provided as it was a bit bigger than our personal cart. There is a direct beach access to walk down with stairs, but we mostly used the public access 200ft to the left due to having the cart and the other leads to a private beach. This condo is right in the middle of all the wonderful things to explore on 30A. Took us 15 minutes to dinner reservations in Alys and 20 minutes to Mimmo’s 30A. The pools and amenities were wonderful additions to the place and they are making beautiful improvements across the property. If you do want to use the laundry facilities, be sure to bring a few laundry pods and lots of quarters (approx 5/load to wash and dry) as my husband had a little trouble getting the machine to accept his bills:) Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay! Oh, and Seaside pavilion is approximately a 40 minute walk. We took a double stroller and made the trek twice.
