Here’s a polished, balanced review you can post: ⸻ Overall, my stay had a mix of positives and areas for improvement. The property is very welcoming to pets, which I really appreciated. The front desk staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, and the chili at breakfast was absolutely amazing—definitely a highlight! However, cleanliness could be improved. There was a pistachio shell in the main hallway by my door that remained there for 4 out of the 6 days I stayed, which was concerning. Additionally, my room was not cleaned unless I specifically requested it. The pool area also needed better attention—clean towels were not available, and I had to ask for them daily. I also encountered an uncomfortable interaction with a housekeeper who insisted I had a “do not disturb” sign on my door when I did not, and asked me to remove it in a somewhat defensive manner. Parking is another downside, as there is an additional $4 daily fee, which was unexpected. Breakfast was good, but the options were the same every day. It would be nice to see a bit more variety, such as pancakes or waffles. Overall, the staff and pet-friendly environment were great, but improvements in cleanliness, consistency in service, and amenities would make a big difference in the guest experience.

Every thing was good, the only thing that was frustrating was breakfast wasn’t available at the time they told us it would be. I was up early to get going and there was old looking fruit, a pile of bacon and a pot of green chile. I am not a meat eater so ended with a bagel so I had something in my stomach to get going.
