Parking can be rough, cemetery legit backs right up to the back of the property. The property overall is nice. The breakfast was good, but limited seating in dining area. Loved the lemon and marble cake slices. Staff were really nice. Pool/ jacuzzi needs cleaning, something stabbed my foot in the jacuzzi.
Chair and stool blocking air conditioner, needed to be moved at night to not block airflow.

This is a great property with wonderful staff and two nice pools and hot tubs. The hot breakfast is one of the best ones we have had while traveling. Everyone is helpful and makes it an extra special stay. The area around the hotel is in the best part of Santa Barbara and has great shopping and restaurants just down the street. Love this place!

Good location

Our room appeared to be newly renovated, but not 100% (ie: not all lighting and doors were upgraded). The hotel staff are welcoming and nice. It’s in a great location on State St … the mall is across the street with a Starbucks. Target is within walking distance and it’s a short drive to the Promenade. There are several restaurants that could be walked to as well. It’s quiet and peaceful. The pool area is small and they only have a few chaise lounge chairs. Some people brought their own chairs and set them up in the grassy area by the pool/hot tub.
