Wonderful! Love that there is pool access directly from your room! So convenient! Everyone was friendly and our room was clean and comfortable! Most definitely would stay here again!

The property was recently remodel however, the workmanship was extremely poor. Trim was missing and there was paint splatters everywhere. The bath door was painted then the doorknob was removed and put back on leaving the paint peeling. The water pressure was horrible. At one point it was barely coming out. The room smelled of paint and chemicals. The staff was outside the room talking loudly which could be heard in the room.

1st Time Visit @ BW Plus Pepper Tree Inn

We were really happy with our experience at the Best Western Plus Pepper Tree Inn! This was our first time staying here, and we were pleasantly surprised to find the rooms fully remodeled! Everything felt fresh, clean, and updated. Although we didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast since it was temporarily unavailable due to ongoing renovations, it’s clear the hotel is investing in improvements, which we appreciated. A couple of small things to note: for a family of four, there weren’t quite enough power outlets to go around, and the A/C unit was on the louder side - something light sleepers (like my wife) might notice. Overall, though, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We’d definitely consider coming back once the renovations are complete!

I have been very dissatisfied with my stay so far. We have reported these issues several times to the front desk, and there has been no resolution. The internet doesn't work. The TV doesn't work. And it takes about 7 minutes for the water to get hot! We've had to use our cell data the entire stay, which has also resulted in us maxing out the small remainder 5G cell data we have on our family plan until the new cycle begins. I'm seeking a full refund for the inconvenience.

The property is being remodeled so many things not available. But the room was very nice and very clean. The staff were great. My only beef is they need more covers on the bed or in the closet and the heater seemed to just blow out cold air so we turned it off. We requested extra blankets and they were delivered. But it was a cold weekend and a thin bedspread is not enough. A nice quilt would be better!

Very quiet and clean! The court yard areas were lovely. Although the pool and hot tubs in our court yard were not operational, the ones in the other area were. If I'm traveling here, i'd check this property first. Highly recommend!
