We absolutely loved our stay at Humbird! The room was beautiful, clean, cozy and had an amazing view. We had to check in at the Selkirk Lodge and were greeting with friendly and informative service. We were even offered to use the pool and hot tub there instead of at Humbird. The parking in the garage wasconvenient and a great amenity. The dining options were delicious and we received amazing service, the drinks were delicious as well. We didn’t want to leave, and I would absolutely book another stay!

Had told management of Humbird multiple times the switch to turn on Jacuzzi was inoperable. 3 days in a row, front desk kept saying they told maintenance and would look at it. No-one ever got back to me that it was not going to be fixed. On the 4th. day a note was posted by Jacuzzi that it was broken. This was the shoulder season and was only one in resort. Poor communiation from staff and lack of customer service.

Well designed hotel with surprisingly nice amenities like the rooftop jacuzzi, game room, and common work space. Gorgeous mountain/forest views from the room and common spaces. Great value during their low season and I’m sure much more fun during winter.

Beautiful place to stay even in summer, loved the lift to the top of the mountain. We were able to do some hiking, huckleberry picking and had drinks with gorgeous views.

The rooms were modern and gorgeous! It was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. The coffee shop across from hotel made an incredible breakfast and cup of coffee. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed one night at off season before the lifts opened for mtn biking. Room was very modern, beautiful views, clean, and comfy beds. Dinner at the restaurant was good - nothing to be excited about, but good. Would definitely stay there again. Be aware the price does not include $37 resort fee due at arrival

I stayed one night with my two kids, aged 12 and 9. Pros: The place itself was beautiful and clean and all interactions were positive with staff. Cons: the toilet seat lid came off upon first use. The tv didn’t work and there were no manuals for it or anything else for that matter. I never found the ice machine, which we desperately needed since we were not feeling well. I asked the one worker I found and she didn’t know. I feel like the description was misleading because it stated 13 restaurants, but in actuality, there was only one “Crow’s Nest”, which was really expensive and there was no room service. My kids and I were under the weather and were not up to walking so far to order overpriced food that was not good. The kids’ sliders were so hard that they were totally inedible. My kids didn’t eat. The charcuterie board ($35) was unimpressive. My burger had no taste at all. Thankfully, we were given a credit ($50). For a place that has an exceptional rating, I was very disappointed with the lack of resources and food. The place itself was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. If we stayed again, I definitely would’ve brought food for us. There’s nothing more terrible than being stuck on a mountain, sick and hungry.
