Downtown Sandpoint Lakeside Condo With Pool

We fell in love with Idaho in 2005 and are excited to share our condo so you too can make amazing memories with your family. Our 1 bed, 1 bath ground floor condo is clean and cozy, well stocked with the essentials, and steps from lake, pool or downtown fun. 13 miles to Schweitzer mountain resort. We aren't a property management company, we live in this community and want to help you with our favorite tips and tricks to living and enjoying all Sandpoint has to offer, whether you are looking to sit on the patio enjoying the eagles flying or getting active in the lake, on the tennis/basketball courts, or in the mountains. After a long day, head back home to the condo, enjoy cooking a meal in the open kitchen and getting a good nights rest in the comfortable queen size bed or a fun movie night on the pull out sofa sleeper. Enjoy all the amenities our condo has to offer and more.

The only downside of our stay was the weather. Everything else was great. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and gadgets to do your cooking. We also used the foldable baby crib.

Great getaway
This place was perfect! I needed to get away to meet some work deadlines and this place worked out great. I was able to walk to the trails and exercise everyday. Bed was comfortable and the place was clean. Host was great and easy to get a hold of if needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Sandpoint Getaway
Two of us stayed for two relaxing and happy weeknights in mid-July. The condo is cute, cozy, welcoming and had everything we needed. The complex is easy-going and within walking distance of everything! We know the highway and train are nearby, so we planned ahead with white noise and earplugs, and slept great in the comfy bed! Amy is easy to communicate with, and we are grateful that she shares her vacation home. We loved the walkability - we never got in our car - just parked it right outside of the front door. So many lovely walks and amazing eateries - Heart Bowls, Joel's, City Beach Organics, Panhandle Cone & Coffee and The Burger Dock. We had a perfect little getaway in this condo and enjoyed exploring a bit of Sandpoint. We definitely plan to come again!

Small unit with easy access to freeways, 30 minutes from Scweitzer and within walking distance of downtown Sandpoint. The bathroom is small and there is road noise from the highway. The lake is easily accessible but there is no beach. Kitchen is well stocked.

Condo with a view
Very cute and comfortable little condo. Easy to walk to City Beach, downtown and all the shops and restaurants. Had all the supplies needed for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed lounging at the pool that was right outside the patio doors. We will be back!
