This is not an all-inclusive hotel. The menu is limited, and if you want drinks, you have to pay. No soap or shampoo was provided. The towels were clean but stained. The room walls were scratched and dirty.

Everything was excellent except for the laundry facilities as it stated in the Expedia app they do not have one and they charge $2 per jean or shirt but not both nor a load so that was very inconvenient since I booked this place for this reason.

Cuando llegue con mi pareja a la propiedad habían fumigado veneno para insectos y el lugar tenía muchísimo olor incluyendo las camas, además el piso estaba liso por la misma situación, abrimos las ventanas, con el aire acondicionado y el olor era intoxicante. Intentamos hablar con la persona encargada para que nos dieran una solución pero lo único que nos propusieron fue cambiarnos de habitación lo cual no tenía lógica ya que todos se encontraban igual porque la fumigación se había llevado a cabo en toda la propiedad. Al final perdimos tiempo intentando arreglar algo y decidimos irnos del lugar, el cuando no quisieron reembolsarnos ni siquiera una parte o brindarnos una mejor solución ya que el problema había sido de su parte, nosotros íbamos por una buena experiencia y solo perdimos tiempo.
