Everything was excellent except for the parking situation. There was limited parking and the attendant wouldn’t let us park in front. He said that he was reserving the spot for someone else. It was like that several nights ago ven though we didn’t really see anyone parked there.

Great Place to Stay, but Some Things Should Change

I visited for the Plan ₿ Forum, which took place in the Sheraton hotel nearby. My room was small, but I was on my own and traveling light, so I didn't need much. I was very impressed with the quality of the shower, though. The reason why I gave Hotel Citlalli 4 stars instead of 5 is because the water they had in the main lobby was not included in the price (they should add a water dispenser with a large jug in the lobby, so tenets can fill up their water bottles freely), and because the hotel does not accept bitcoin for payments. The staff were amazing, my room was always clean and smelling nice when I returned to it, and the hotel's overall quality was quite good. So if it weren't for having to pay for water, and the fact that they don't accept bitcoin, I would have given 5 stars.

Overall a clean facility, staff is very pleasant and available to help with any needs. the backside of the hotel dirty/disgusting with brown stains on wall. Pillows and mattresses on the very firm side for my liking.
