el Hotel y servicio fueron excelentes, solo que en la parte de atras, en el jardin donde esta la piscina habia muy mal olor, por un rio de aguas negras que justo pasa atras del hotel, este olor llegaba a veces hasta la recepcion del hotel y el restaurante, lo cual fue muy desagradable. Por lo demas, el personal y limpieza fue excelente.

Great Location

We love the location of the hotel, safe area, close to a shopping mall with several restaurants' options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked that the hotel was able to coordinate getting pick up/drop off at the airport. Overall, a great stay, we definitely recommend it and will use it again if returning to El Salvador.

My room had a balcony but it was useless since there was no table or chairs on the balcony. The laundry room has only one machine to wash and one to dry very inconvenient as they were always in use. I requested a room next to my parents the girls at the front desk said I could have the room across from them but it had to be cleaned. I was waiting for the room to be cleaned another family came in and they gave them the room by mistake when I complained they told me the room was still being cleaned but I could no longer have it. That was bad customer service in my opinion. Other than that the hotel was ok.
