"} I booked The Don CeSar to celebrate my husband’s birthday, but the experience was very disappointing. Our room had multiple issues, including a malfunctioning AC that left it uncomfortably cold and lack of consistent hot water. Late at night, an unknown individual knocked on our door offering towels we never requested, which felt unsettling and raised safety concerns. We also had a confirmed dinner reservation at Society Table that was mishandled. After waiting, we were told our reservation had been overlooked. Meanwhile, other parties — including those without reservations — were seated ahead of us. Bar service during this time was also unprofessional. Due to the combination of these issues, we chose to leave early. While the property itself is beautiful, the service and overall experience did not meet expectations, especially for a special occasion"

"If you stay here, don't stay in a room in the "tower" . that is the 8 story building. The rooms are very out dated. looks like no work has been done on them in years. Our room 647 had an AC so load that you couldn't sleep at night. The door to the room, did not seal properly. you can see light all around it, at night. Ricky-T's has live music at night until midnight. you could hear the music just like you were there. To get to your room, you had to haul all your luggage up a steep ramp, to get to one of two elavators"
