The problem we experience was on second day there we had no hot water, when we reported the problem we were told that maintenace had left for the day. We loved the property and plan to revisit the area. THanks the Garcia's untell next time.

My reservation when I arrived at the hotel, was not there , they gave me an emergency room after arguing a long wait, the room was smaller, with capacity for 6 people and not for 8 as I requested, the staff attention was terrible, I didn’t have towers , blankets , and when asked for them they told me that I had to go get them .

The rooms don’t have heat and for kids was very cold. We reserved for 3 nights but we left on the second day again was very cold for my little ones. They don’t have portable heater to offer the restaurant it’s for 9 to 4 pm only No lock on sliding doors so we don’t feel comfortable leaving our things on the room

El personal tiene una gran apertura, sin embargo no cuentan con algunas condiciones necesarias para atender a toda la gente q llega. 1. En las habitaciones hay un botiquín de primeros auxilios vacío, llamas a recepción y tampoco tienen material. 2. Cierran el restaurant-bar el domingo en la tarde y no abren los lunes, hay q salir a comprar. 3. Hay poco personal. 4. En la habitación salen los olores de la coladera, sobretodo en las tardes-noches. 5. El restaurant tiene muy pocas opciones para elegir a un precio elevado en relación a otros lugares. 6. Aconsejo poner un escurridor para los trastes. 7. Fuimos 4 y solo pusieron una toalla para la alberca el 1er día, los otros días las pedimos para los pequeños porque daba la impresión de que no querían prestarla. Decían "ahorita se las llevan" y terminabas regresando por una mas. 8. El agua de la alberca está muy fría, pueden aprovechar el sol para colocar celdas que calienten al agua. 9. No entendimos porque hay 2 puertas para entrar y salir, están a unos metros una de las otra, pero el vigilante de los residentes te manda al vigilante del hotel 10. Me impresionó el cuidado de los jardines. 11. Nos gustó la distribución de los departamentos y las facilidades de cocina, refri, lavadero, varias tv, buena señal, buena selección de canales, wifi, seguridad. 12. Hace falta sombra, todo está directo al sol, los autos y todo se derrite, no hay toldos, ni sótano, faltan mas árboles q den sombra. 13. El precio muy accesible 14. GRACIAS!

Si vas con niños, no vayas a este lugar

Solo íbamos mi hijo (4 años) y yo. Busque un lugar con alberca por obvias razones. El lugar es bonito y las villas están bonitas, per la alberca tiene agua fría, no entiendo como en un lugar exclusivo no son para prender la caldera y al menos mantenerla tibia. Saque a mi hijo temblando y no disfrutamos el objetivo que teníamos.

Un dia antes de irnos no habia agua ni para aseo personal. Estuvimos esperando hasta 3pm para poder lavarnos los dientes y bañarnos, a esa hora ya habiamos ordenado algo para comer en la habitación, como a las 3.30 regreso el agua pero un par de horas despues nos dejaron sin agua otra vez. Pedimos a recepción que por lo menos nos llevaran 2 cubetas para asearnos a lo cual nos respondieron que no era posible. Los planes que teniamos para nuestro ultimo dia por supuesto no funcionaron. Como un a hotel así puede quedarse sin agua??? Los empleados todos muy amables pero el hotel no tiene muy buenas amenidades por ej. Tiene una cocina grande pero sin cafetera.
