The room was cleaned well while we were there. The coffeemaker water reservoir was refilled daily and more coffee pods were left to ensure I could have an early cup of coffee before leaving for the day. Great service. The staff was very friendly and professional throughout our stay. A minor complaint from me would be the complimentary breakfast provided chilaquiles as one choice and I received regular tortillas chips and salsa in lieu of chilaquiles. That was a side dish to go with an order of scrambled eggs. It was kind of funny but unexpected in Mexico. We were there right before Dia De Los Muertos and the hotel was beautifully decorated. This hotel is located about a ten minute walk from the main plaza and the Parroquia de San Miguel. It was our first time to this beautiful colonial city and we had a wonderful experience.

I’m a shopper so the location was great. Service was excellent and facilities were well kept. I would not recommend this location for anyone with mobility issues. They don’t have bars to hold onto in the bathroom or even furniture that can provide something to hold onto should you fall.

Wonderful Boutique Hotel within reasonable walking distance of the main square. The staff is very helpful. We recommend upper floor rooms, the ground floor rooms at simply too loud at times.

We really enjoyed the style of the property. I loved that it was so new and clean. The staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. Housekeeping team do an outstanding job keeping everything perfect. The only let down for us was the breakfast, it was fresh but was very basic and not my expectation of an ‘English breakfast’.
