Fantastic communication from the host--very, very helpful and appreciated. Loved the space in the unit...especially the open-air top floor. Great for seeing the stars and great for seeing (and hearing!) the ocean, great for being out early in the morning. Other balconies are fantastic, too!Quite complex. Safe. Loved the pool right by the beach...that's not too common. Beach itself was fine, and very private if you walk down the left. Pretty water and plenty of shade, if you want that. The other pool was not as clean (leaves and such) and the hot tub was not hot when we tried it one evening. (We found that several hot tubs on the island are not really like hot tubs on mainland.)Unit had great AC and great water pressure in the showers; one shower was hot all the time and other was hot most of the time. Host provided a nice "welcome package," that included snacks and coffee--was especially handy for us as we had a very late check-in due to flight delay!! Loved all the appliances...toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, and rice maker (I think? we didn't use it...but nice that it was there if needed.) Great beach towels, two umbrellas, and two coolers were available for our use.Overall, tremendous value for the money. Steps from the beach and decent location to access the east side of the island.
