Everything is good but there are transactions which are charged to room and they aren’t validating it, we got two liquor bills when we don’t drink at all. And also after checkout they charged couple transactions to credit card, and when tried to enquire it’s hard to find them. I need to go thru my cc now to report a complaint against those charges. Headache after a nice stay their, summary is it’s all good but it’s all hidden charges and no validity when charging to room(which is bad)

Overall pretty good experience, but we booked with Expedia and our first night there the rooms got double booked so we lost our ocean front view but the front desk made sure the second night we were able to get the oceanfront view along with a credit for the inconvenience, also Ashley that works the front desk was very accommodating and even made my daughter bday special with cookies and balloons in our room, very great food all the restaurants and beautiful resort

Everything was wonderful and clean. The staff was wonderful! But our experience at Nectar was horrendous. We were waiting for our food for over 2 hours. The waitress was very apologetic but the food took so long to come out. Finally, 10 minutes before our food came, the waitress gave us complimentary Platanos. It took way too long with very little communication by the staff. 3 tables around us left while we were there. Other than that experience. Everything was wonderful

Great resort with nice amenities. The room was damp and everything including our clothes smelled musty. Maybe the second floor is a better option. We enjoyed PR and will return.

The evening before my trip, I found out the island had lost power, which made me hesitant to move forward with my plans. I was upset—it was my birthday trip—but even more so, I was heartbroken for the locals who were dealing with such a major inconvenience. I felt selfish for being frustrated, especially when Expedia still tried to charge a hefty cancellation fee. So, I decided to go through with the trip. The resort was running on a generator, and we made peace with the idea of staying on the property for most, if not all, of our time there. Despite whatever challenges the staff may have been facing in their personal lives, they were incredibly kind and attentive. Their positive attitudes and commitment to creating a great experience for guests did not go unnoticed, and I’m genuinely grateful for all they did during such a difficult time. We learned from local Uber drivers that this was actually the fourth blackout of the year. After work, many people had to wait in long lines just to get gas for their generators. It was a humbling reminder: be kind to everyone—you never know what someone might be going through. All in all, it was an excellent experience, and I’m thankful for it.

Great resort, beautiful property, pools, beach, room! Great location for visiting El Yunque. Dining options not so family friendly - wish there were more low key, quiet options.

Our family had an amazing time here. Very family friendly. Pools were awesome, beach was beautiful. Staff was wonderful, very accommodating and quick to help. Restaurants were awesome. Our villa was beautiful. Nothing bad to say about this resort, highly recommend.

This was our second time staying here. We brought our 13 year old daughter and high energy 9 year old twin boys. The pool and the beach are just perfect. We purchased snorkels from Amazon before our trip and it was well worth it. You can snorkel right at the beach and see some beautiful fish. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. The food is great however you don't have too many options. I would highly suggest making reservations either before you go or as soon as you get there. Nori sushi was delicious and so was the hibatchi. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Our room was a garden view deluxe and it was perfect. Every morning we sat outside listening to the birds and watching the palm trees sway. The hotel itself is all open and has a very chill vibe. There is live music most nights. There are golf carts that take you to different places or we preferred to walk because the scenery was so pretty. We booked a rainforest tour with To Do PR and it was awesome. Cliff jumping, water fall slides and rope swing! We did the 7am-12 and glad we did because by noon it was packed. We also did a snorkel and boat excursion to a beautiful island with turquoise waters. There was a huge inflatable slide in the boat that the kids loved. Snorkeling by the reef was magical. We are very excited to come back. We already are missing our daily pina coladas and daiquiri's.
