It was a beautiful hotel made better by the incredible staff. They were flexible, accomodation and willing to go the extra mile to help us when our flight was cancelled. Super clean. Great staff. Cozy & charming. Just try to avoid room #5 which is right underneath the restaurant. Lots of chair noises early in the morning, hard to sleep in. Close enough to the beach and a 15 minutes walk to the village and all the restaurants. Attention walking at night, there are no street lights. It gets very dark, but we didn’t feel any danger, it’s just a bit eary.

Wonderful relaxed and friendly vibe. The hotel is located slightly away from the busier central part of San Pancho so it’s very quiet. The beautiful beach is a very short 3 minute walk from the hotel. Some days we were the only people on the beach.

The staff were so wonderful. So friendly and attentive. The rooms were spotless, bed was very comfortable and my husband and I fought over the hammock on the balcony. Pool area is super chill, great place to relax and read a book. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into town, but these walks through the streets or the beach were one of our fave parts of the day. The food is phenomenal. So fresh! Between the two of us we had almost everything on the menu and it was all 10/10. The Mutua breakfast was our fave. San Pancho is a small chill town. Perfect slice of paradise to disconnect, enjoy nature, and eat all the amazing food. Would definitely come back! Thank you!

We had a lovely stay! We loved the room, views and pool and just up the road from the beach. It's much quieter than in town, but just an easy 10-15min walk there. Since there aren't real dining options or stores nearby, it would be nice if the hotel/restaurant offered more snack options.
