Overall the house itself is impressive! Spacious and accommodating enough to Comfortably sleep 12-14. Some very minor glitches in some of the appliances. But if you are more than 6 you need to bring serving and mixing bowls and a couple additional pots and pans. The WiFi is just a little slow but manageable. Could definitely use a house book with tv instructions, and other details as well as nearby locations ie. grocery, drugstore,hospital e.t.c. All in all it is a beautiful space, clean, quiet, secure, and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for larger gatherings or families.

Nice area

The house is well appointed. Quiet area which is nice. Communication with Marcelino was prompt. However, I asked twice for the WIFI password, with no reply. Could not access WIFI, so if you need WIFI, this is not your place. Upstairs TV we could not access at all due to Smart Tv that needs Wifi. BBQ was all rusty, which likely is a health hazard. I realize this is a renno property, but it is missing cutting boards, salad spinner just a few minor kitchen items. The firepit outside does not work, the flicker switch does not fire up the firepit.
