I’ve stayed at this hotel 4 times now because it’s convenient and reasonable. This time my room was hot and we finally settled on setting the A/C on 62 degrees, just to keep the room cool. I believe the unit needs service.

We booked two rooms for this stay. The first thing we noticed entering the room was the dust in the air, my husband had an allergic reaction to it, seems that the AC has never been cleaned. The second room had dog food on the floor, and we noticed the bed sheets were not changed they were really nasty.
