Super Central House - Short Walk to Playa Samara & Downtown!

Welcome to Casa Lima, a newly-built and modern 3 bedroom house located a 5-10 minute walk to downtown Samara and three different entrances to the beach.

Huge floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open to connect the indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing the breeze to naturally cool the home. The fenced-in yard has beautiful gardens and creates a very private oasis. Enjoy the pool and covered dining under a large fan, or gather around the central kitchen island. Retreat to one of the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms.

The primary bedroom (king bed) has an en-suite washroom and sliding doors leading directly to the pool. Two more bedrooms (queen beds) with a shared washroom are on the other side of the house.

The fully-equipped kitchen and propane BBQ makes cooking meals at home easy. There is a mini supermarket a block up the street and three large grocery stores a 5-minute walk away.

The house is equipped with a desk and some of the fastest fiber optic internet available in the area (30 Mbps). There is a large Smart TV in the living room with Netflix, YouTube, Prime, etc. for your enjoyment.

Casa Lima is located in the highly desirable Canto de los Gavilanes section of Samara. The neighbourhood is an eclectic mix of local residents, expats, shops and vacation rentals. Located very close to the bridge that connects the entire neighborhood to downtown Samara, Casa Lima benefits from one of the most central locations in the area.

No vehicle is required since the best that Samara has to offer is within easy walking distance, but one car parking is available behind a lockable gate with more parking available on the street. You can rent cars, bicycles, golf carts and ATV's from various vendors in Samara. Liberia Airport is a 2 hour drive away - shuttle services are available. Ask our property manager to make arrangements.

The house is easy walking distance to several different entrances to Playa Samara, multiple mini supermarkets, cafes, bars and amazing restaurants. Downtown Samara is a 5-10 minute walk away.

Check-in is easy with a lockbox and a property manager is located close by if any assistance is required during your stay.

July 2023 Update: Construction of the house next door is now complete. The house being built next to that one is scheduled for completion in November 2023. Noise can be an issue at times until then. The nightly rate has been discounted until that house is completed.
