Nona was the receptionist. She was so welcoming and helpful. Our room was very nice. Not quite as close to town as I would have liked but an easy walk to bus pickups or train station if needed. Overall very much enjoyed this city and this stay

We had the family room with the Murphy beds and we absolutely loved it! We were able to use the kitchen to make breakfast every day! The bus stop right in front of the hotel has transportation to all of the major attractions and made it extremely easy to visit Many amazing places in Salzburg! Will definitely stay here any and every time I visit this wonderful city!

Very quite location and walkable from the Salzburg station. There are also buses which which stops right opposite to the property. The check-in was smooth and lady at the front desk was very friendly and explained the city and made very useful recommendations for places to visit. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Unfortunately there was a power outage in our room, but it was resolved very quickly even though it was a Sunday evening. Overall it was a great choice to stay and I would highly recommend this place.
