Our location is walking friendly, in the ever popular 9th & 9th district full of great restaurants and shopping. Only 5 minutes from downtown Salt Lake for best of all activities.

Cute place, amazing location
My husband and I stayed here for five days and had the best time. Incredible location. Very close to hiking trails, downtown and infinite good restaurants. The apartment itself is situated in an adorable little alleyway that is very quiet and neighborhoody. Inside is as pictured. It could use a little TLC-there are a few nicks on the walls, areas that need a bit of a deep clean, and the bed feels a bit swayed from over use (though my husband found it quite comfortable). The sheets were also a bit big for the bed. However, we still had a great stay and felt five stars was appropriate.

I loved this quaint unit which was perfect for just me. The unit is super cute and located near "Trader Joes" and great restaurants. IDrew was very thorough in his communications which assisted me with an easy stay. Thanks so much! BM

Parent’s Weekend
My husband and I stayed here for parents weekend. We were able to walk to the campus/game and son’s house. We didn’t Uber once! Clean, bright, and Drew was fantastic! Will definitely stay again!

Great stay in SLC
This is a nice one bedroom house located conveniently close to both downtown and the University of Utah. Comfortable and cozy. The colors add a bright feeling. I would stay here again when visiting my granddaughter.
