The space
Enter this stylish kitchen/living area and enjoy a colorful fire, with or without heat. Curl up and watch streaming TV or check out our selection of games and children's books and toys. Prepare a feast in our fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities of home. Six people can sleep comfortably in 2 queen beds and one bunkbed. Please request baby bed in advance. In the bathroom, you'll find a full-sized washer and dryer. The home is stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom basics.
Guest access
You get the entire basement level to yourselves, with the exception of the storage closet under the stairs. You have your own parking spot on the far right side of the driveway and your own patio! You may use the firepit and children's playground area with prior approval. A small grill is available on the patio. Please supply your own charcoal & matches/lighter.
Other things to note
Heating and Air are controlled upstairs. Please text us if adjustments need to be made.
*Please note that we cannot accommodate animals (because of severe allergies), smoking, toking, vaping or illegal drugs. Any evidence of these will result in up to a $500 cleaning fee. Thanks!
