The location is extremely central and walking distance to most fast-food places and some markets/shops. Check-in and Check-out was super simple and quick. Loved the ease of that! The terrace and courtyards were a great amenity. The ad showed a balcony off the bedroom, but it was blocked by both bed frames. We weren't able to use it, but it was really, too small to utilize anyway. Communication and response times were excellent. My only complaint was cleanliness. All windows were truly filthy and the furniture was well stained. We sat only on the bar stools that weren't cloth. Backsplash in kitchen was grease splattered. The rug in the bathroom looked dirty and used. Also, the blanket on one of the beds had something that appeared to be dried on and hard. I did appreciate the only thing asked of us upon departure, was to ensure any used dishes were cleaned, which we did. I wiped down the kitchen counters as well, but it was nice not to have to empty the trash or strip the beds, like many other Host require. Amenities like Fire TV, plenty of dishes/glasses/silverware and coffee/cream/sugar were provided! The host was eager to learn of anything that could be improved, and that's appreciated. Although, I would love to give this 5 stars, it would need a very deep clean first. I always feel badly saying anything negative. However, as a consumer, I rely heavily on the honesty of reviewers, so I also try to be honest but fair.
