Salida Brewfest

Great place to stay in Salida. Close to Riverside park and downtown. This home was perfect for 7 adults and 1 dog.Kitchen was well equipped, the beds were all super comfortable.

Property was located perfect for easy access to downtown Salida. Surface cleaning was good but a deep clean of furniture and underneath is needed. Internet worked well but did crash several times and needed rebooting of router. There are multiple levels leading to the living area and one of the bedrooms, seemingly due to it being a converted carport. The levels didn't pose too many problems but not apparent from the property description or pictures. Despite the few minor issues, we would stay again at this location.

Great Location

Huge house!

Our family of 5 (3 teenagers!) had plenty of room in this house. It was nice to have so many bathrooms so no one had to fight over them. The location was fantastic! Shops and restaurants were just a couple of blocks away and easy to walk to. We were even able to easily watch the 4th of July fireworks show from the front yard! Communication with the host was fast, easy, and friendly. We had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation!

Fantastic Weekend Stay

We had a great time in Salida, much because of the comfortable and convenient rental. There was plenty of room to hang out, spread out, and enjoy the company of old friends. We’d highly recommend this property and stay again when we’re back for a visit.

Salida family weekend

Property was convenient for walking to downtown area but home is located on a main thoroughfare. Functional house for 6 adults. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the traffic noise was not an issue. A few maintenance issues such as loose towel racks and flushing mechanisms should be addressed. Cloth kitchen towels could be supplied to lessen the use of paper towels. Overall the experience was good.

Critique of our stay

We enjoyed it. A print out of how to operate the Roku would be very helpful. Soap in the showers would be good. Or if not let renters know. Likewise for coffee. The directions for operating opening windows didn’t work. Otherwise good stay.
