Live an amazing experience and stay in this 89 m² troglodyte house with shared pool, in the heart of the vineyards! Its facade made of tufa and stone from the 18th century, and its rocky walls, make it a real cosy and original cocoon where the temperature remains constant in summer and winter!
You will have a bright living room with a beautiful fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large garden with trees, a gravelled courtyard and a large terrace to enjoy a good meal sheltered from the wind! Wifi, bed linen and towels included.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A large, bright and well-furnished living room with a sitting area equipped with two sofas including a double sofa bed, a TV, as well as a wood-burning stove.
- A modern kitchen, open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine. It has a dining area with a dining table for up to 6 guests and direct access to the terrace.

Night area:
- Bedroom 1: a Queen-Size bed and storage cupboard.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed, a single bed, a TV and storage space.
- A bathroom with a bath, double washbasin, storage, hairdryer, heated towel rail and separate WC.

Outside :
- A 50 m² terrace accessible from the living room. It has a barbecue, a dining table and will allow you to feel at home and enjoy the sunny terrace sheltered from the wind!
- A garden of 300 m² and equipped with a large gravelled area of 600 m².

Common exteriors :
- A swimming pool (shared, not heated) of 8mx4mx1.5m, available from May to October depending on weather conditions (opening dates not contractual).

Start by discovering the Troglos de la Sablières, which will plunge you for a moment into an astonishing place, artistic and full of history. Then, take a diversion to the charming town of Doué la Fontaine before learning more about the wines of the Loire by taking part in a visit to an estate and a tasting of the region's jewels!
If you want to get a bit of height, go for a first flight or a microlight tour and admire the splendid plain landscapes that are available to you!

The surrounding area
A real haven of peace, this gite is in the heart of a vineyard planted with Chenin grapes on the edge of the hamlet of La Tourette belonging to the commune of Saix (1.2km).
We are in the middle of nature with a breathtaking view on the border of the Maine et Loire and the Vienne.
We are next to the forest of Fontevraud, 6 km from the abbey where the bakery is located.

Other remarks:
- A bicycle room and two private parking spaces are available in the courtyard of the property.
- Wooden stoves are available from the neighbouring woodcutter at an additional cost.
