Located in the heart of the private and secure estate of Saut du Loup, the house is close to the sea and the beaches (600m).
Facing south, it features spacious living areas and large outdoor terraces to enjoy the sun and unforgettable moments of relaxation with family or friends.
Renovated in 2025, the property consists of a main house that is fully air-conditioned with 4 bedrooms and a separate studio.
All bedrooms are equipped with their own bathroom and toilet. A fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, Hi-Fi, TV, and linens complete the amenities.
Garden, barbecue, heated swimming pool (on request) of 10x5m with infinity edge, sun loungers in the shade of olive trees and palm trees.

Paradise
A beautiful, stylish, character property, with breathtaking views over the ever-changing bay seascape. The house itself offers every amenity, to relax, entertain, be social or quietly reflective. There were between 5 and 12 of us over 2 weeks, as people from Canada, the UK and Dublin were reunited, came and went. We really used the house fully, with joy and ease.
Comfortable, generous bedrooms each with its own bathroom, some ensuite. Functional and convivial kitchen, flexible receptions and outdoor spaces. Gorgeous pool with safety alarm.
Beach accessible by foot (a bit steep!) or a short drive. Charming Ste-Maxime town centre, shopping, boat to St. Tropez, all within easy reach in around 15-20'.
All I can add is I cannot wait to return!

Ein Traumurlaub mit Blick auf die Bucht von St. TropezWir durften eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus in Sainte-Maxime verbringen – es war einfach perfekt! Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckend ist der atemberaubende Blick auf die Bucht von St. Tropez, den man wirklich von jedem Zimmer, den Balkonen und sogar vom Pool aus genießen kann. Dieser Ausblick allein ist schon ein absolutes Highlight!Das Haus bietet mit seinen fünf großzügigen Schlafzimmern und den jeweils dazugehörigen modernen Badezimmern sehr viel Komfort und Privatsphäre – ideal für größere Familien oder einen Urlaub mit Freunden. Alles war makellos sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war von Anfang an herzlich, professionell und unkompliziert. Auch das Personal vor Ort war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte oder Unterstützung brauchte.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

nice experience
we stayed in the villa with our adult children. the property is located on a slope in a private domain. from all floors you have a great view of the sea and surroundings. breathtaking! the terraces are spacious with several seating areas. a problem with the hot water supply was immediately resolved by the owner. small point of criticism: some taps did not work and some outside doors are difficult to lock. But we had a wonderful week.

Villa mit viel Charme
Die Villa war einfach zauberhaft! Mit einem traumhaften Ausblick und einer unglaublich gemütlichen Atmosphäre fühlten wir uns sofort wohl und wie zu Hause. Der marokkanische Stil mit seinen lebendigen Farben verlieh dem gesamten Ambiente eine besondere Wärme und ließ uns zur Ruhe kommen. Die Innenausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen - es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Wir waren so begeistert von diesem Haus, dass wir uns bereits jetzt darauf freuen, wiederzukommen.
