Two bedroom apartment with beautiful sea view in Sainte-Maxime. In a renowned residence "Clos de la Madrague" with swimming pool, 100m from the sea, large terrace, marvellous panoramic sea view over the whole Gulf of St Tropez. Very nicely decorated! It consists of an entrance hall with plenty of storage space, a beautiful living room (sofa, television) opening onto a 20 sqm terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine "What else ?"), one bedroom (bed: 160x200 cm, cupboard) opening onto the terrace , a second bedroom (bed: 160x200cm, cupboard), bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Wardrobe with washing machine. Air conditioning. Ideal for a nice holiday in the sun. Closed garage and free parking. Direct access to the beach. WIFI. Tennis court.
