Great spot, not enough sheets

Great location and friendly staff. The rooms would have been comfortable but we reserved a room for 4 people. The sofa bed was not made for us, nor were there extra sheets in the room. We asked for a set and we promptly got a set of twin sheets that did not fit the bed. My daughters slept with a flat sheet over the bare mattress and a light blanket. For the price we paid they should have had the bed made for us.

The room smelled musty and I feel that there was animal hair or dander which affected my allergies. The staff were not friendly and bordering on rude. We stayed there one night and while checkout time was at 11:00am the cleaning staff barged into our room at 10:00am. We had locked the door and had placed the do not disturb sign on the door. They failed to even knock on the door. How unprofessional. No apologies and I had to complain to the front desk. Barely an apology fro the front desk. Horrible. Don’t stay here. There are much nicer places down the street to stay at.
