Pretty renovated stone house with exposed beams, located in a quiet area in a small hamlet. Enclosed garden of 2000 m², terrace with open views of the countryside. Ping-pong available.
To see: St Léonard des Bois and its medieval church, leisure center.
Ground floor: living room, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 beds 80x200) with private shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (1-2: 1 bed 80x200, 3: 1 bed 140x190, 3: 2 beds 80x200), bathroom. Additional equipment: freezer, tumble dryer, flat screen, radio/CD, complete baby equipment. Included: wood.
Not included:
Electric heating. to be paid directly on site to the owner according to consumption.
Sheet rental extra: €10 per person.
