Lovely house, well equipped.

We stayed as 2 families for a week and the end of July. Jessica (owner) was very friendly and helpful. Air con was really effective and quiet. Pool lovely temperature. More outdoor seating that you could ever want and plenty of shade. Walk to the nearest beach is about 15 mins, but definitely uphill on the way back to the house! We did walk to restaurants in santa lucia in about 25 mins, and got a taxi back up the hill. The house has a few things that are well used but it feels like a home! Really well equipped kitchen plus outdoor bar and cooking area was great. The house is the very large bottom floor of a larger house although has full private outdoor space / pool.

Very enjoyable stay in a beautiful villa

We spent a family vacation for a week in the villa. It was 10 of us (6 adults and 4 kids) and we were very comfortable. The set up of the house was right for us. There was enough parking for 3 cars. Jessica was very welcoming and helpful all along the stay while being discreet. The outdoor area of the house is simply beautiful. Photos are true to the house. There were a lot of things to do in the house to keep us occupied: swimming pool, hot tub, ping-pong table, babyfoot, petanque, or just relaxing in the comfy chairs on the outdoor patio. The house is in a quiet residential area. The closest beach is about 20 mins walk. I highly recommend this property.

Séjour en famille et avec des amis

Magnifique maison très grande avec super piscine. Terrain de pétanque, table de ping pong très appréciables. La mer est accessible à pied. Propreté intérieure bonne mais pas top à l'extérieur. Plusieurs appareils défectueux alors qu'ils étaient mentionnés dans l'annonce (alarme de la piscine qui du coup n'était pas sécurisée pour les enfants, buse pour nage à contre-courant, jaccuzzi réparé en milieu de semaine). Très bel endroit mais pour le prix très élevé, tout devrait fonctionner. Nous avons tout de même beaucoup apprécié le séjour.
