Located in the sought-after Villas du Hameau district, within the private and secure Cap Esterel estate in Saint-Raphaël, Alpaga Estérel is a beautiful 75 m² villa facing south, offering open views of the sea and the Cap Dramont semaphore.



Set away from the bustle of the estate center, opposite the Île d’Or, this semi-detached villa with no overlooking neighbors enjoys a peaceful, privileged setting. It is accessible on one level, with free parking nearby and the option to unload your vehicle directly in front of the terrace.



The villa features a terrace with outdoor seating and a private garden with sea views.

In the Hameau district:

- Two additional pools with a slide and paddling pool (open July and August)
