Entspannende Ferien in schöner Villa mit herrlichem Pool und großem Garten

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, das Haus ist sehr großzügig, der Pool wunderbar in einem schönen Garten. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Berge oder ans Meer - oder beides 😉. Nizza, Antibes, Cannes oder St Tropez sind nicht weit entfernt. Liebe Gastgeber.

Maison très agréable avec beaucoup d'espace intérieur et extérieur (nous étions 6 adultes et 2 enfants). La piscine à l'eau salée est très appréciable. Billard pour des parties en famille. Le centre ville est accessible à pieds en 20 min mais également en bus (arrêt à proximité de la location). Les + : grande maison, grand jardin, grande piscine, possibilité de garer les véhicules dans la propriété (garage), lotissement sécurisé Les - : la route à proximité qui est un peu bruyante, le lave vaisselle et le billard à réparer (mais qui fonctionnent)

Tolles Anwesen (ohne Mückenschutz)

Tolles Anwesen mit sehr großem Pool! Der Pool ist im Sommer das Highlight, nicht nur für Kinder. Sie sollten aber schon etwas Schwimmen können. Ausreichend Platz für 2 Familien mit guter Raumaufteilung. 2 Schlafzimmer mit Bad unten für eine Familie. Die andere Familie oben mit 2. Bad. Zusätzlich am Eingang ein Gäste-WC. Billardtisch und E-Grill waren beliebt. 2 kleine Kühlschränke mit integriertem Kühlfach und ein großer Kühlschrank ohne Kühlfach. Kleine Tiefkühltruhe im Keller neben Waschmaschine und Trockner. Klimaanlage im Essbereich und im oberen Elternschlafzimmer funktionieren gut. Die übrigen (Schlaf)Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert. Negativ: kein Mückenschutz!! Nur mit konzentriertem Lavendelöl tagsüber und Moskitonetze um jedes Bett halten sie auf Distanz. Beides aber nicht im Haus vorhanden.

Sejour agreable

Belle propriété ; tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir à l'aise et apprécier ses vacances est sur place. La piscine est un vrai plus. Seul bémol le bruit de la route qui ne passe pas bien loin et qui est très fréquentée du matin au soir.

Besoin de rénovation

Belle maison qui a besoin d'un grand coup de rénovation. Propre et surtout magnifique piscine. Le billard a aussi beaucoup été apprécié... en revanche, la proximité de la pénétrante de l'autoroute à Ste Maxime provoque une très grande nuisance sonore jour et nuit qui devrait être signalée aux locataires !! pas de barbecue contrairement à l'annonce. Le sous sol doit être nettoyé a fond avant toute location surtout pour le prix demandé.
