Pierre made us most welcome. The house is very well equipped with a good range of utensils in the kitchen. It is in a pretty and quiet location with friendly neighbours. Being close to all the amenities within the town, after unloading, we parked in a safe free car park just beyond the Town Hall (short walk). We walked to the beach area (30 minutes) on very quiet roads/paths. The house has its peculiarities. The low doorways were occasionally problematic. The fridge was temperamental.

The property is ad beautiful as it looks on the images. It is comfortable and clean and contains everything you might need. It's is situated perfectly for shops, restaurants and beaches. Pierre was a excellent host.

Très chouette petite maison, jolie, confortable et fonctionnelle. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Pierre est très accueillant. Une remarque toutefois concernant la hauteur de 2 portes de la maison : environ 1,60m. Pour les personnes de grande taille, ça peut être contraignant.

Cette maison est très bien située à St Pol de Léon, dans un charmant village où tout peut se faire à pied. Restaurants et crêperies à proximité. Super week-end passé dans la maison de Félicie décorée avec goût et avec des matériaux de qualité. Rien ne manquait !Tout y était : hôte très accueillant et arrangeant, propreté irréprochable, cuisine très fonctionnelle avec de l’électroménager de marque (ce qui n'est pas le cas partout) ;Le tout situé dans une ruelle calme dans le centre de saint-pol de Léon proche de toutes les commodités à pieds.Je recommande !

Maison de Félicie.

Finistère - Baie de Morlaix - St-Pol-de-Léon - Maison de Félicie. Un environnement de rêve, un logement impeccable, le confort absolu dans le centre de la localité. Dans les environs immédiats, que de beaux endroits à visiter pour profiter de ces côtes, de ces ports et autres centres historiques dont on ne se lasse pas. Les points de chute pour se restaurer sont légion et de qualité. Un excellent séjour comme bien souvent en Bretagne, de magnifiques souvenirs.

Petite maison bretonne très agréable rénovée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût . On s'y sent vraiment bien ! Nous avons été accueillis par le propriétaire; une personne très aimable et fort accueillant . Nous espérons bien y revenir d'autant plus que l'emplacement est idéal: calme, proche du centre ville touristique et de la côte.

Tout est bien pensé ici jusqu’aux moindres détails. Le gîte est idéalement situé au cœur de la ville. Nous avons pu apprécier la région avec un coup de cœur pour les Enclos Paroissiaux. Seul manquait un peu plus de soleil mais Pierre n’est pas responsable.

Super accueil de Pierre dans la petite maison de Félicie très bien située à proximité du centre ville, au calme, et où tout est prévu pour passer un excellent séjour. Belle région à découvrir où la terre côtoie la mer. Encore merci à Pierre pour sa gentillesse, et sa discrétion.

Jolie maison confortable

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Pierre. La maison est très bien agencée et très confortable. Située dans le centre historique de st Pol de Leon. A 2 pas des commerces, restaurants... Je recommande cette adresse.
