This house, undergoing renovation, is 54 m² on a single level on a enclosed, secure plot of land with no overlooking neighbours of 480 m². It has two freshly repainted bedrooms with 160 cm double beds ideal for comfortably accommodating 4 people.
The new kitchen (2025) is equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home (double ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle). The living room has a large table, a sofa and a Fransat television. A small bathroom and an independent toilet complete the house.
For maximum comfort, the following are provided: a baby bath, garden furniture, a gas plancha, a few sun loungers and parasols.
You will be able to secure your bicycles at the back of the house and park up to 2 cars for free in front.

Food lovers, be sure not to leave without having tasted all the local specialities: the unique bouchot mussels from La Plaine-sur-Mer, the famous ice creams and jams from the Fraiseraie, the delicious galettes from Saint-Michel, and, hot or cold, the savoury Pornic cheese: the Curé Nantais.
