Fully renovated in 2026, this traditional Norman house of brick and flint welcomes you in the peaceful little village of Saint-Martin-aux-Buneaux, just 2.5 km from Petites Dalles beach. Tucked away at the back of the garden, it offers calm and serenity, with a spacious outdoor area and a cozy, very well-equipped interior. Everything is brand new, renovated with great care by our family.

The property

From the peaceful little village of Saint-Martin-aux-Buneaux, a footpath leads you to Petites Dalles beach, 2.5 km away — a Norman coastal village with many magnificent 19th-century villas.

4 km away, in the village of Sassetot-le-Mauconduit, you'll find a grocery store, bakery, butcher, and pharmacy (note: the grocery store just 100 m from the house is currently looking for a buyer to take it over).

Nearby, Fécamp (15 km) charms visitors with its Palais Bénédictine and spectacular cliffs, while Saint-Valery-en-Caux (12 km), with its marina and half-timbered houses, is well worth a gentle exploration. A little further afield, the legendary Étretat (28 km) and its famous needle cliffs are well worth a day trip, as is the charming Veules-les-Roses (18 km), a true Norman postcard village on the banks of France's shortest river.

The house is close to the GR21 trail, which runs along the cliffs of the Alabaster Coast (Côte d'Albâtre). Cycling enthusiasts will find themselves right on the Vélomaritime (EuroVelo 4), and for water sports — dinghy sailing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and windsurfing — everything is organized just a few minutes away in Veulettes-sur-Mer.

Amenities

You'll have a living room, a dining room, a brand-new kitchen, a TV lounge with a comfortable 2-person sofa bed, and a bathroom on the ground floor.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has two single beds (90x200 cm); Bedroom 2 has one double bed (160x200 cm); Bedroom 3 has one double bed (160x200 cm) — plus a second bathroom.

Bed linens and bath towels are not provided.

The garden covers 8 ares (800 m²) and includes a covered outdoor area, a garden table and chairs, and 3 sun loungers. 4 adult bicycles are available on site.

Guest access

After opening the wooden gate, you can park in the driveway. We kindly ask guests not to drive on the lawn in order to preserve it.
