Wohnung hält nicht, was sie verspricht

Lage: lärmige Lage, direkt an der vielbefahrenen Hauptstrasse Saint-Malo - Rothéneuf vis-à-vis Restaurant und Strandzugangs-Strasse (viel Verkehr) Mehrfamilienhaus: In die Jahre gekommene Liegenschaft, schlecht unterhalten, Treppenhaus schmutzig und ungepflegt, wahrscheinlich kein Abwart, Parkplatz wäre grundsätzlich vorhanden, war aber vielfach durch Handwerker belegt (Renovation Wohnung im 1. Stock), für den Zugang werden drei Schlüssel benötigt Wohnung: schmutzig, Bad unpraktisch (Duschen)
