Comfortable and pleasant, quiet in the vineyards while being close to Nantes. We are 20 minutes from the center of Nantes by car, unless you prefer nature, the lake and the Loire are 5 minutes away.
All shops are 3kms away.

A nice quiet place in the countryside, but within easy reach of Nantes and its many attractions.Kitchen well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Great for two people, own transport essential.

Best Loire Valley Rural home

Chris & Margo were absolutely fantastic providing a clean, spacious apartment in a wonderful countryside location close to Nantes and other attractions.... BUT, more than that, they are a great family that treats you like friends... While giving you all the space you want... Would definitely stay there again.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le studio à énormément de charme et La décoration topissime, entre La lampe façon mignon et les Spirou que j'ai eu le plaisir de relire ! Les hôtes auraient pu être nos amis, il n'y aurait pas eu de différence !! Le petit plus : nous n'étions qu'a 20 mn du centre de Nantes mais en pleine vigne !! De plus, une petite terrasse nous accueille pour prendre un apéro et faire de la balançoire les beaux jours !! Un petit havre de paix pour se ressourcer. Je conseille et reviendrai si j'en ai l'occasion! Merci Margo !!

Si vous cherchez une havre de paix il faut venir chez Margo à Saint Julien de concelles.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Saint Julien de concelles. C'est une location très bien située, propreté impeccable, bien équipée et un excellent accueil de la charmante propriétaire..

Deux nuits très agréables

Appartement neuf avec encore quelques travaux de finition à faire mais l'ensemble est vraiment bien, nous étions 3 un adult et deux enfants de 11 et 13 ans, moi et mon fils avons dormis dans le canapé lit (confortable) et ma fille dans un petit lit de camps d'appoint (confortable aussi pour deux nuits). Points négatifs : -la lumière du couloir s'allume avec un détecteur de mouvement ce qui ma réveillé en pleine nuit, de plus il n'est pas possible de sortir sans que cette lumière ne s'allume. - caillebotis en sortie de baignoire, il faudrait idéalement ajouter un tapis de bain pour s'essuyer les pieds. Points positifs: La gentillesses et l'attention des propriétaires une bouteille d'eau fraîche au frigo et un petit paquet de biscuits offert. Parking voiture fermé avec portail électrique dont le bip est mis à disposition Appartement Très très propre et complètement aménagé, cuisine complète et même machine à laver le linge. Voilà, une réservation agréable à faire les yeux fermés, vous serrez agréablement surpris. Ian.
