The fenced garden spans over 1000 m² and includes a private swimming pool (8 x 4 m, open May–September), play equipment, table tennis, and billiards—ideal for families with children.

Inside, the villa features three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a washing machine), a cozy living room with wood stove, TV, DVD, and stereo, plus a separate dining room with fireplace.
