Great House, Great Location

The property was just as described and actually a little larger than we were expecting. It was well-equipped and everything was easy to use. We knew the house didn't have WiFi before we arrived but the phone signal was good enough to meet our needs. The location is great, in a purpose-built holiday area. It was very quiet but also very close to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Check-in was interesting, mainly because my French was so rusty it creaked. Nevertheless, it was straightforward and simple and we had no problems. Although we travelled as a couple, the house has plenty of space for a family holiday. We would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in this lovely part of France.

Cette location a tout pour plaire. On se croirait "comme à la maison"! Nous avons eu tout le confort nécessaire et le matériel à disposition était utile. Nous avons passé une semaine reposante et en même temps très chargées: plage et rue commerçante à quelques pas, animations: spectacle de rue, le village des jeux,exposition à Odysséa, les marchés,etc...Merci à notre hôte pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et la délicate attention qu'il nous a offert à notre arrivée.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines avec nos petits-enfants chez Stéphane et je conseille vivement cette maison. Tout est bien agencé, la maison est propre, fonctionnelle, et très agréable. La plage est vraiment "à côté", notre petite fille de 20 mois y allait à pied. Les commerces sont à proximité. Nius n'avons pas utilisé la voiture. Bref, n'hésitez pas, vous pouvez y aller et passer de bonnes vacances !

Excellent séjour en famille (avec deux jeunes enfants) dans une maison à deux pas de l'océan, conforme en tout point à la description sur le site ABRITELStéphane est très réactif et s'est montré particulièrement arrangeant dans le cadre de notre arrivée et départ.Je recommande pour celles et ceux qui veulent découvrir la Vendée ! Belle adresse de vacances

La maison est très agréable (nous étions 3 adultes avec 2 ch) mais aménagée pour enfants aussi. Confort literie, cuisine complète, très propre à notre arrivée, rénovée et jolie décoration. Calme la nuit et le jour. La mer à 5mn à pied.

Superbe maison

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par les propriétaires. Tout est bien achalandé et la maison est décorée avec goût. Idéal emplacement, la plage n'est vraiment pas loin, ainsi que les commerces et restaurants. C'est agréable de ne pas prendre toujours la voiture. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Excellent séjour de 2 semaines dans cette location idéalement située & équipée, à 2 pas de l'océan, au calme et proche de beaucoup d'activités accessibles à pied ou à vélo. Une place de parking dédiée, ce qui n'est pas un luxe en été ! Petite attention de Stéphane et sa femme à notre arrivée, bref nous conseillons vivement cette location 👍.

La maison est très bien située, à proximité de la plage et des principaux commerces. L'environnement est très agréable et calme. La place de parking est vraiment appréciable... Nous aurions cependant bien volontiers accepté de régler un supplément pour ne pas avoir à amener les draps... Nous conserverons un bon souvenir de cette semaine à Saint-Jean-de-Monts.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hervorzuheben ist die komplett ausgestattete Küche. Auf der Terrasse sitzt man im Grünen und gelangt in 5 Minuten zum Strand. Alles optimal für einen erholsamen Urlaub.!

Villa idéalement situé, à cinq minutes à pieds de la principale rue piétonne et à une minute de l'océan. La résidence est très mignonne, calme et verdoyante. Le logement est très fonctionnel et comporte une belle terrasse ainsi qu'une spacieuse véranda. Merci beaucoup pour ce fabuleux séjour !
