A Sunny Oasis in the Heart of the Camargue

Escape to this charming, 60 m² single-story gîte. Enjoy immediate access to a lovely garden, a large swimming pool, and barbecue facilities, a garden table under a pergola, a Ping-Pong table, as well as secure parking. You're ideally located near Saintes-Maries de la Mer (30 km) and the historic cities of Arles and Nîmes (18 km).

The gîte is situated in a residential area surrounded by orchards and close to several equestrian centers and Camargue "Manades" (cattle ranches).

Complete Comfort Indoors

This apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen to prepare all your meals just like at home. You'll find a traditional oven, a microwave, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, as well as espresso and filter coffee machines. For your convenience, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are also available. All the necessary crockery for 6 place settings is provided.

Enjoy a large, bright living room, ideal for relaxing. The apartment also includes an Italian-style bathroom with WC and two comfortable bedrooms equipped with double beds.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we provide: free Wi-Fi, an iron, a hair dryer, and all household linen (sheets, towels...).

To ensure everyone's comfort, several independent areas have been set up in the garden. You'll have your own private dining area under a pergola and your dedicated barbecue. Enjoy the conviviality of the place while benefiting from your privacy.

Hébergement très bien situé pour vadrouiller en Camargue et dans le Gard. La piscine est vraiment un plus, nous l'avons vraiment apprécié après nos sorties. Logement au calme, très bonne literie, idéal pour le repos.Merci à Danielle et Pino pour leur accueil et leur flexibilité sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ.

Wir verbrachten einen sehr angenehmen und erholsamen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung, die sich hervorragend für drei Personen mit Hund eignete. Die Unterkunft ist äußerst funktional und gut ausgestattet, was den Aufenthalt sehr erleichterte.Der großzügige und eingezäunte Garten war das Highlight. Er bietet viele schattige Liegeplätze, einen erfrischenden Pool und Platz für Aktivitäten wie Tischtennis und Fußball. Da die obere Wohnung nicht vermietet war, konnten wir den Garten ungestört nutzen. Der separate Zaun um den Pool ist ein Pluspunkt für Kinder und Hunde.Unsere Gastgeber, Danielé und Pino, waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei Ankunft gaben Sie uns sofort ein Gefühl des Willkommenseins. Trotz Außentemperaturen von bis zu 39 Grad Celsius blieb die Wohnung erstaunlich lange kühl, unterstützt durch Ventilatoren. Pino überraschte uns zudem mit frischen Feigen und Pfirsichen vom Baum. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Pinos verständnisvolles Verhalten gegenüber unserem ängstlichen Hund. Die Kommunikation mit Danielé über die FeWo-App war schnell und hilfreich.Die Umgebung ist perfekt für Hundebesitzer mit zahlreichen Wanderwegen und schönen Stränden für Spaziergänge.Praktische Tipps: Ameisen konnten wir mit Backpulver und Fallen fernhalten. Ausreichend Mückenschutzmittel ist dringend empfohlen.Wir können diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen, besonders für Reisende, die eine entspannte, hundefreundliche Umgebung mit aufmerksamen Gastgebern suchen.

Un endroit parfait pour découvrir la région

Le gîte "simple, mais fonctionnel", comme l'a appelé la propriétaire, était idéalement situé à l'entrée de Saint-Gilles et parfait pour tout ce qu'on voulait faire: aller à la plage, au marché, au jardin botanique, à Aigues-Mortes, Saintes-Maries, Nîmes, St. Rémy, Les Baux, nous promener dans les Alpilles, voir une course camarguaise. Bien sûr, on a aussi profité de la belle piscine.

Superbe sèjour chez un couple aux petits soins avec nous

Location parfaite, très fonctionnelle, literie excellente. La piscine est parfaite et très bien entretenue. Emplacement de la location idyllique pour visiter la région (le Pont du Gard, Arles, Les baux de Provence etc) Mais surtout Daniele et son époux sont d'une gentillesse extrème, tjrs là pour nous conseiller et rendre notre séjour encore mieux. Ceux sont deux belles personnes qui sont là à notre écoute.

Beautiful holiday in St Gilles

We (two adults and one child) spent our holiday in St Gilles during the 2022 Whitsun holidays. The flat is spacious and equipped with everything you need. Despite the sometimes very high outside temperature, it was quite bearable in the flat even without air conditioning. All windows and the door are equipped with fly screens, so it was easy to let in fresh air in the evening and at night. The garden is beautiful and very large. It is separated from the neighbours and the street by a fence and hedge. This gives you privacy and peace. The pool is great. It was cleaned regularly by the landlords and the water quality was checked. There are sunbeds available and there is enough shade from the house and the trees. We really enjoyed the time at the pool. The landlords are very nice and helpful. Since we don't speak French, they helped us order pizza and organise a horse ride. We really enjoyed our holiday in the flat and would definitely come again!

Familienurlaub am Tor zur Camargue

Danièle und Pedro sind wirklich sehr angenehme Gastgeber. Vom Empfang bis zu wertvollen Ratschlägen für Ausflüge in die Region oder wenn es nur darum geht einen Testtermin vor Ort für unseren Sohn zu vereinbaren, sind beide wirklich sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und der Pool bietet gerade an den heißen Tagen nach dem ein oder anderen Ausflug eine willkommene Abkühlung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wünschen Danièle und Pedro alles Gute.

Idéal pour passer un agréable séjour en Camargue

Très bon séjour

La location est très bien, propre et très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, disponibles tout en étant discrets. Le terrain est clos, donc ideal pour notre chienne, et la piscine est vraiment très agréable ! Bous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Ferien am Tor zurCamargue

Pedro ist ein engagierter, freundlicher Gastgeber. Bedarf zur Ruhe wird respektiert, aber wenn wir etwas brauchten, war Pedro sofort zur Stelle und hat geholfen. Beim Ankommen abends stand für das erste Frühstück alles bereit! Herzlichen Dank nochmals. Kleinigkeiten wie Abfallsäcke, WC-Papier, Produkte für die Waschmaschine, Salatsauce usw. stehen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung wirkt Dank der weissen/hellen Böden sehr hell und man kann in ihr trotz fehlender Klimaanlage gut wohnen. Das Zelt auf dem Vorplatz mit Esstisch, Stühlen und Sofaecke haben wir sehr genossen. Den Sonnenaufgang konnten wir dort früh am Morgen geniessen. Der grosse Garten ist sehr angenehm und bald soll es noch ein Schwimmbad geben. Vom Haus aus konnte ich Spaziergänge in die Natur machen! Wir sind täglich die 30 Minuten an den Sandstrand nach St-Maries gefahren. Der Strand ist nicht überlaufen, Gratisparkplätze und Duschen stehen zur Verfügung. St-Gilles ist ein altes, schönes und sauberers Städtlein und vieles wurde/wird neu gemacht! Wir behalten unsere Ferien in St-Gilles in bester Erinnerung. Familie Z. aus Winterthur, Schweiz

Alles is er! Huisbazen heel vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Afwerking interieur kan veel beter : kranen (lavabo en douche) zijn oud, tuintafel oud en gammel, oventje was vuil.
