In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 1.5 km, grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, 25 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Téléphérique" 500 m, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 5.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 5.8 km. Tennis 2 km, skisport facilities 500 m, slopes 9 km, ice rink 700 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont-Blanc 9 km. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge). The residence consists of two buildings: A and B. Access to the building B by lift possible from the building A and then steps or drop-off at the bottom of the building B then steps in.
